Front Desk Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding office hours, services, and directions
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer support or front desk role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Experience working in a medical office or as a medical receptionist is a plus
